Forget the Rankings deeply values activism in education and recognizes the challenges faced by Philadelphia schools due to underfunding and systemic inequities. We stand in solidarity with the dedicated educators and students who strive for excellence despite these obstacles. To support their efforts and empower the next generation of changemakers, we are committed to donating copies of "Forget the Rankings: The Values-Driven College Search" to Philadelphia schools with limited resources. We believe this guide will provide students with valuable insights and alternative pathways to pursue higher education, regardless of their background or circumstances. By equipping students with the tools to navigate the college application process and prioritize their values, we hope to inspire and uplift future leaders who will continue the fight for educational equity and social justice.

Forget the Rankings champions Philadelphia Mural Arts' Restorative Practices Youth Program for its transformative impact on young lives. We recognize the power of art to heal, inspire, and empower, and this program beautifully embodies those values. By providing a safe and nurturing space for students impacted by the juvenile justice system and foster care, the program uses art as a vehicle for self-expression, allowing these young individuals to find their voice and tap into their creativity. Through healing-centered engagement, they learn to process their experiences, build connections, and develop a sense of agency. We believe in every young person's potential and are proud to support Philadelphia Mural Arts's mission to unlock that potential through art.

Forget the Rankings enthusiastically celebrates the Attic Youth Center's unwavering commitment to fostering self-expression and empowerment among LGBTQIA+ youth. We recognize the Attic's vital role in providing a safe and inclusive space where young individuals can find belonging, support, and understanding. Through diverse programs and services, the Attic empowers LGBTQIA+ youth to embrace their identities, develop crucial life skills, and advocate for themselves and their community. By fostering a sense of belonging and acceptance, the Attic helps counteract the prejudice and isolation many LGBTQIA+ youth experience, allowing them to thrive and become confident, civic-minded adults. We stand with the Attic in their mission to create a brighter future for all LGBTQIA+ youth, where they can live authentically and free from oppression.

At Forget the Rankings, we believe in fostering a world where every student, regardless of their financial background, has the opportunity to pursue higher education. We understand that financial limitations can create significant barriers for aspiring learners, hindering their access to colleges and universities. That's why we established the Forget the Rankings Scholarship Fund. Our scholarship application is open to all, regardless of GPA, because we believe that academic scores don't always reflect a student's true potential. We believe in empowering students to share their unique stories and aspirations, regardless of academic standing. With the Forget the Rankings Scholarship, we aim to bridge the financial gap and empower students to follow their educational dreams.

Forget the Rankings is proud to support the Philadelphia Children’s Crisis Treatment Center's unwavering dedication to fostering wellness in Philadelphia's youth. We recognize their critical role in providing mental and behavioral health services to children and families, starting from a young age. Their commitment to meeting children where they are and helping them reach their full potential, regardless of their challenges, aligns perfectly with our values. We believe that every child deserves the opportunity to heal and thrive, and the center's compassionate, individualized approach is a testament to that belief. By providing a safe and supportive environment, the center empowers children and families with the tools and resources they need to overcome obstacles and build resilience.
